El Parche Coffee Roasters is Coburg based coffee roaster who recently opened up a cafe in the heart of Coburg, Melbourne.

ElParche specialise in roasting South American and in particular Colombian coffees. We are regulars and have visited their cafe many times to pick up coffee for Basic Barista.

Jorge and Nicki started their roastery in 2020 and have featured in Thieves coffee subscription as well as Beanvent by Feind Coffee, a calendar coffee subscription featuring a bunch of different coffee roasters.

What Coffees Do They Roast?

ElParche Coffee roasts a range of different tasting coffees from clean and classic colombian coffees to more natural processed coffees, they tend to keep it simple and don’t venture too much in to the over fermented coffees with exception to their special release tins that feature rarer and more exotic coffees.
