Handling Time:

We try our best to pack and send out your order on that day that we receive it however please allow for 1-2 business days to process your order. For larger order we receive either online or wholesale we may ask for more time as our Aji Filters are a hand made product.

Shipping Cost and Speed:

Australia

We offer $7 Flat Rate shipping Australia wide for our entire range of products, our shipping partners are Australia Post and Sendle, if you have a preference please leave a note on your order so we can do our best to accomodate this.

You can expect your order to arrive in 2-8 business days.

Rest of world

We offer international shipping starting from $19AUD for every order +$2.50 for every additional Aji Filter added to your order. Our shipping partners for international deliveries are Australia Post and Sendle.

You can expect your order to arrive in the following times:

New Zealand (5-14 days)

Europe (10-24 days)

North America (9-24 days)

Missing/Late Delivery

Do you feel your order is taking too long to get to you? When we send out orders you are automatically sent a tracking number with either ‘Australia Post’ or ‘Sendle’ this tracking number isn’t just for providing you updates, it also has an expected delivery date too. If your order passes the expected delivery date get in touch with us and we can follow this up for you.

Damaged Delivery

No matter how well we pack our Aji filters every now and then a filter is delivered damaged, if you’re Aji Filter arrives damaged get in touch with us so that we can resolve the issue for you. We want you to love your Aji Filter.

Faulty Filter

We spend a lot of time on quality Control for every step of production If you think there is something wrong with your Aji Filter or you’re having any issues with your Aji Filter at all please reach out to us so we can get to the bottom of it. If there is a manufacturer fault or a defect in the cotton / stitching etc we will happily replace this for you. We want you to love your Aji Filter.
